Returns within the UK
If for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), we'll give you a full refund with no fuss. It's all part of our NO QUIBBLE guarantee. Unfortunately we do NOT refund the return postage cost. Please e-mail us stating your intent to return items to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to make a refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect re-saleable condition and in their original packaging.
Please advise us on your e-mail the following important information:
Your full name
The collection Address, including full postcode
Your preferred day of collection (Monday to Friday- excluding bank holidays)
Your preferred time of collection. Either AM (8-12) or PM (12-6)
Number of cartons you are returning
Your original Internet Order Number
Please state you are returning the goods for a refund
Only replacement items deemed faulty by Valerie Graham Ltd, will be sent to you free of P&P charges.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot arrange or be liable for goods to be collected from outside of the United Kingdom. This needs to be arranged by the purchaser.
If an item you have purchased is unsatisfactory, you can return it within 28 days of receipt for refund of the cost of your goods, following the instructions enclosed with your order. The goods are sent to us at your own cost and risk and we therefore recommend you choose a registered or trackable postal service. We are not liable for returned goods which are not received. Items must be returned in perfect saleable condition. In the rare event that the goods you receive are faulty or not as ordered, please contact our Customer Services at email@example.com.
